What is Vinyl Loot Crate?
Vinyl Loot Crate is subscription based blind box filled with trance classics on vinyl curated by Indecent Noise.
How does it work?
"Vinyl Loot Crate" provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership.
How can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.
Alternatively you may log in to your PayPal account and follow these steps:
1. Click Settings near the top of the page.
2. Click Payments.
3. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
4. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
When do you ship?
We try to ship as soon as we can and have everything on the way by 10th day of the month.
My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
We always send tracking number via PayPal system to you so you can easily check where your packge is. Please note that during recent times and with global-wide logistic issues shipment can take longer than usual.
